With reference to my Despatch #18, of 23rd February, I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt, on the 22rd Instant, of your Despatcher from No.1, of the 2nd to N° 13, of the 24th January last; together with two birculars dated respectively, the 23rd December: 1845, and 13th January, 1846.
